1. Assemble the polyurethane bushings on to the anti-roll bar. 2. Using the anti-roll bar mounts, clamp the anti-roll bar in place on the chassis. 3. If the lower control arms do not already have anti-roll bar mounting brackets, they will need to be welded to the control arms. First, tack weld the brackets so that they can be adjusted to the correct location. 4. Put one of the end link bolts through the end of the anti-roll bar, and check that the bracket on the lower control arm lines up with the anti-roll bar. If not, adjust the location of the anti-roll bar, and control arm brackets until they are both aligned. 5. Mark the location for the anti-roll bar mounts. 6. Remove the anti-roll bar from the chassis, and remove the end link bolt. 7. Drill 3/8” holes in the chassis where the marks were made for the anti-roll bar mounting brackets. 8. Weld the control arm brackets to the control arms. 9. Attach the anti-roll bar to the chassis with the 4 3/8” bolts and nuts. 10. Assemble the end links between the anti-roll bar and the brackets on the control arm.
